- Responding to requests for information, partnerships or investment.
- Referring you to the group company that matches your request (Derecho en México, RÜM Real Estate or the transportation unit).
- Following up on the business relationship and meeting legal obligations.
Secondarily, and only if you do not object, we may send you information about the group and its companies. You can opt out by writing to contacto@sacnamis.com.
4. Transfers
We do not sell your data. We may share it with group companies to handle your request —a transfer allowed by the Law between companies under common control operating under the same policies— and with authorities when required by law.
5. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@sacnamis.com with your name, a contact method, an ID and a description of your request. We will reply within 20 business days.

This website only uses technical storage needed to work. We do not use advertising cookies. The contact form sends your message through WhatsApp and is not stored on this site.
